| 摘 要： | 目的探讨有效护理干预对孕产妇心理状况的影响。方法选择2009年1月～2010年6月分娩的孕产妇130例,随机分为干预组和对照组各65例,对照组接受常规孕期检查和护理,干预组在此基础上给予系统的围生期护理干预,产后6周应用HAMD评分标准比较两组产妇的心理状况。结果干预组孕产妇的心理状况明显好于对照组,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对孕产妇实施系统的护理干预措施可以有效改善心理状态,促进身心健康发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on psychological status of pregnant woman.Methods One hundred and thirty cases of pregnant women from January 2009 to June 2010 were selected,and divided into control group and intervention group.The routine nursing intervention was given to control group,the perinatal period nurse was given to intervention group.Results The psychological status in intervention group was better than that in control group,there was statistical difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Systemic nursing intervention can improve the psychological status of pregnant woman,the nursing efficacy is significant. |
