阿托伐他汀钙对脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块、血脂及神经功能的影响

目的观察阿托伐他汀钙对脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块、血脂及神经功能的影响。方法测定阿托伐他汀钙治疗的脑梗死患者（治疗组）和常规治疗（对照组）的患者治疗前后的颈动脉斑块厚度,治疗前后两组患者的血脂水平及神经功能缺损变化。结果治疗组治疗后的颈动脉斑块厚度,TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C及神经功能缺损评分显著低于治疗前水平和同期对照组。结论阿托伐他汀钙可以改善患者血脂水平,并可以显著改善动脉粥样硬化斑块,促进斑块逆转。

The effects of atorvastatin calcium on carotid artery plaque, blood lipids and neurological function in cerebral infarction patients

Objective To observe the effects of atorvastatin calcium on carotid artery plaque, blood lipids and neurological function in cerebral infarction patients. Methods The carotid artery plaque, blood lipids and neurologic impairment were anlyzed before and after treatment of atorvastatin in trial group and control group. Results The carotid artery plaque, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and neurologic impairment showed significant differences between the trial group and contral group. Conclusion The atorvastatin calcium can significantly improve the blood lipid, the carotid artery plaque, and promote plaque reversal.
