齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症对照研究

目的评价齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将62例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,每组31例,研究组口服齐拉西酮治疗,对照组口服利培酮治疗,观察8周。于治疗前及治疗第2、4、8周末采用阳性与阴性症状量表﹙PANSS﹚评定疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗后两组阳性与阴性症状量表总分及各因子分均较治疗前有显著下降（P〈0.01）,同期两组间比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗8周末,研究组显效率为75.9%,有效率为93.1%,对照组分别为79.3%、89.7%,两组疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗后两组不良反应均轻微,且研究组患者治疗前后体质量、月经周期无显著变化;对照组患者治疗前后体质量、月经周期有显著变化。结论齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症起效快,疗效显著且相当,但齐拉西酮安全性更高,更适合应用于女性精神分裂症患者。

A control study of ziprasidone vs risperidone in the treatment of femaie schizophrenia

Objective To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of female schizophrenia.Methods Sixty two schizophrenics patients were randomly assigned to two groups in which each of them had 31 patients,the research group took orally ziprasidone and the control group did with risperidone.They had been observed for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacies were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Syndrome scale(TESS) before treatment and at the end of the 2th,4th and 8th week.Results After treatment,the total scores and each factor value of the PANSS of both groups decreased more significantly compared with pretreatment(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in the above scores between the two groups during the same period(P > 0.05).At the end of the 8th week.The striking efficacy and effective rates were 75.9% and 93.1% in the research group and 79.3% and 89.7% in the control group respectively.No difference was found in efficacy between two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,adverse reactions of both groups were mild,there were no notable changes in body weight and menstrual cycle in the ziprasidone group compared with pretreatment,however,both body weight and menstrual cycle changed significantly in the risperidone group.Conclusion Both ziprasidone and risperidone take effects rapidly and have notable and common efficacy in schizophrenia.But ziprasidone may be safer and more suitable for female schizophrenia.
