卡维地洛对老年收缩期高血压并心力衰竭的治疗观察

目的：探讨卡维地洛对老年收缩期高血压合并心力衰竭患者的临床治疗效果。方法：将本科老年收缩期高血压合并心力衰竭患者100例随机分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均给予基础用药,观察组加用卡维地洛,于治疗3周及24周后比较两组患者的血压、心率、心功能等临床指标。结果：观察组患者治疗3周后相对于对照组血压、心率改善明显（P〈0.05）,心功能两组间无明显差异（P〉0.05）;在治疗24周后,观察组心功能改善明显（P〈0.05）。结论：卡维地洛短期使用即可改善血压、心率,长期使用能够进一步改善心功能。

Clinical study of old chronic heart failure patients with systolic hypertension treated by carvedilol

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of carvedilol on chronic heart failure in old patients with systolic hypertension. Methods: One hundred chronic heart failure patients with systolic hypertension were randomized into 2 groups, all patients used fundamental medicine to cure, and the observation group used carvedilol in addition. Thees patients’ clinical effects including blood pressure, heart rate, cardiac function in 3 weeks and 24 weeks were compared. Results: The observation group patients’ BP and HR had improved from 3 weeks, and cardiac function improved from 24 weeks, the differences between 2 groups was obvious, it had statistic significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Carvedilol can improve patients’ BP and HR during treatment, and also improve cardiac function during long time treatment.
