| 摘 要： | 目的：观察碘氧水联合蒙脱石散治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法：随机将140例患者分为两组,治疗组98例（碘氧水联合蒙脱石散）,对照组42例（口服维生素B2＋冰硼散）。结果：治疗组98例中,显效90例中,有效8例,无效0例,总有效率为100.00%。对照组42例中,显效4例,有效28例,无效10例,总有效率为76.19%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：碘氧水联合蒙脱石散治疗口腔黏膜溃疡效果显著,操作简单,经济实惠,临床值得推广使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of iodine oxygen water combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods: One hundred and forty patients were divided into two groups, 98 cases in the treatment group (iodine oxygen water combined with montmorillonite powder), 42 cases of the control group (oral vitamin B2 + Bingpengsan). Results: In the treatment group 98 cases, 90 cases were powerful, effective in 8 cases, ineffective in 0 case, the total effective rate was 100.00%. In control group 42 cases, 4 cases were powerful, effective in 28 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, the total effective rate was 76.19%. There was statistically significant difference in the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Iodine oxygen water combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of oral ulcer is effect, simple operation, economic benefits, it is worth to promoting the clinical use. |
