开腹手术与腹腔镜手术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床疗效对比

目的探讨开腹手术与腹腔镜手术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法对本院收治的82例急性阑尾炎患者进行手术治疗,实验组患者48例,对照组患者34例,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间。结果两组患者在手术时间上比较差异无统计学意义;实验组术中出血量较少,住院时间较短,要优于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义。实验组患者出现不良反应者较少。结论腹腔镜手术具有术中出血量少、住院时间短等优点,值得临床使用。

The clinical curative effect of open surgery and laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of acute appendicitis

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of operation and laparotomy in laparoscopic operation in the treatment of acute appendicitis. Methods In our hospital, 82 cases of acute appendicitis patients were collected underwent operation treatment, the experimental group had 48 cases and the control group had 34 cases, the two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time were compared. Results The two groups of patients in operation time had no significant differences; The experimental group had less blood loss in the operation and a shorter hospital stay, it was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant. The patients in experimental group were less adverse reactions. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation has less bleeding, shorter hospitalization time etc, it is worth using in clinical.
