摘 要: | 目的为断趾再植及断层解剖学提供断层解剖学资料。方法经组织学处理切片,在显微镜下观测计算统计。结果根据屈肌腱和趾背腱膜的形态,各分为8种和4种类型;趾屈肌腱的平均厚度Ⅰ、Ⅱ断层分别为(1.01±0.29)mm、(0.83±0.27)mm;趾背腱膜平均厚度Ⅰ断层为(0.23±0.11)mm,Ⅱ断层为(0.30±0.14)mm。结论屈肌腱和趾背腱膜的面积由近到远逐渐变小。

Sectional anatomy of flexor tendon and dorsal digital aponeurosis in the fifth toe |

Abstract: | Objective To provide anatomical data of the fifth toe sectional area for sectional anatomy and replantation of severed toes.Methods The four toes were sectioned by histological method and observed under microscope.Results The section of flxor tendon and dorsal digital aponeurosis war divided into 8 and 4 types respectively according to their sectional morphology.The average thickness of Ⅰ and Ⅱ of flexor tendon were(1.01±0.29) mm and(0.83±0.27) mm respectively.The average thickness of Ⅰ and Ⅱ of dorsal digital aponeurosis were(0.23±0.11) mm and(0.30±0.14)mm respectively.Conclusion The area of flexor tendon and dorsal digital aponeurosis decreased from proximal to distal. |
