| 摘 要： | 目的探讨火车司机心理健康状况及其心理防御方式状况，为制定相应干预措施提供依据。方法对230名火车司机采用症状自评量表测评心理健康状况，防御方式问卷测评应付方式，对测评结果进行相关分析。结果火车司机症状自评量表各因子分均显著高于常模（P均〈0．01），强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执因子分均与防御方式问卷因子1呈显著正相关（P〈0．05或0．01）；躯体化因子分与因子4呈显著负相关（P〈0．01）。结论火车司机的心理健康水平均低于普通人群，心理防御机制存在明显缺陷，与其心理健康水平呈显著相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mental health status and mental defense mechanism of train drivers. Methods 230 train drivers were tested with sympom checklist（SCL-90） and defense style questionnaire（DSQ）. Results Every factor score of SCL-90 in train drivers was higher than in norm. The scores of obsession, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, phobia and proniod were positive correlation to factor one of DSQ. Conclusion The mental health status of train drivers is poorer, and their defense style has defect which is positively related to their mental health level. |
