布洛芬传递体的制备及体外透皮研究

摘    要:
采用正交设计优化布洛芬传递体处方,并以水-甲醇(20:80,用0.1%三氟乙酸调至pH 2.0)为流动相,HPLC法测定布洛芬含量.比较了几种促渗剂(3%月桂氮革酮、吐温-20、尿素、1,2-丙二醇)对布洛芬传递体体外透大鼠皮肤的影响.结果表明,3%月桂氮革酮的促渗效果最好,稳态渗透速率为(85.98±6.54)μg·cm~(-2)·h~(-1).

Abstract:
The formulation of ibuprofen transfersomes was optimized by orthogonal design. The drug content was determined by HPLC with water-methanol (20 : 80, adjusted to pH 2.0 with 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid) as the mobile phase. The effects of four penetration enhancers (3% azone, Tween-20, urea and 1,2-propylene glycol) on the transdermal delivery of ibuprofen through rat skin in vitro were compared. The results showed that 3 % azone had the highest enhancing effect with the steady-state flux rate of (85.98±6.54)μg·cm~(-2)·h~(-1)
