湛江市某企业在职员工健康自我管理能力的调查研究

摘    要:目的通过了解湛江市某企业在职员工的健康自我管理能力,找出影响患者健康的个体及社会因素,为制定相应的健康教育措施提供相应的依据。方法对2012年6~10月到本院健康体检中心体检的某企业在职员工1 228名,采用基本情况调查表和生活方式水平量表(Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile,HPLP)进行一般情况和生活方式水平问卷调查,结果用SPSS 17.0统计学软件包分析和t检验。结果企业在职员工的生活方式总体水平偏低,得分为(115.28±22.37)分;有221人(18.00%)处于差水平状态,有691人(56.27%)处于一般水平状态;七个维系得分排序中以人际支持、健康责任、运动悠闲三项较后;不同年龄、性别、婚姻状态、经济收入及文化程度的员工在生活方式总体得分均不同,差异均具显著性意义(p<0.05)。结论加强企业员工的健康自我管理能力管理很有必要,要针对不同个体采用恰当的健康教育方式以提高其生活方式水平,促进健康。

INVESTIGATION OF THE HEALTH SELF-MANAGEMENT SKILLS OF AN ENTERPRISE'S EMPLOYEES IN ZHANJIANG CITY

Abstract:Objective Through understanding the health selfmanagement skills of an enterprise's employees in Zhanjiang to find out individual and social factors that influence the patient's health, so that provide the corresponding evidence for establishing measures of health education. Methods Carry out general situation and lifestyle level questionnaire investigation in 1 228 employees of a certain enterprise who came to have health check in our hospital health examination center on June to October 2012, using the basic questionnaire and lifestyle level scale ( Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile. HPLP), and the outcomes were treated with SPSS17.0 statistical software package for the analysis and t test to the results. Results The enterprise staff's lifestyle overall level is on the low side, scoring for (115.28 ±22. 37); 221 (18%) in a poor state level, 691 people (56. 27% ) in the general level of state ; in seven maintain sorts by score, interpersonal support, health responsibility, sports leisure are the three in the later; different age, gender, marital status, economic income and educational level of employees were different in the lifestyle overall scores, the differences were significant (p 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion To strengthen the management of the enterprise's employee health self management ability is necessary. A proper mode of individualized health education aimed to different member must be taken to elevate their lifestyle level promoting their health.
