三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡的临床观察

目的探索三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法选自我院门诊156例幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡的患者,已经胃镜及快速尿素酶方法确诊,分为观察组78例,对照组78例,观察组予奥美拉唑镁肠溶20 mg/次,2次/d,克拉霉素片500 mg/次,2次/d,胶体果胶铋胶囊200 mg/次,2次/d,7 d后,奥美拉唑镁肠溶20 mg/次,2次/d,疗程结束28 d后胃镜及快速尿素酶试验复查;对照组予法莫替丁片20 mg/次,2次/d,胶体果胶铋胶囊200 mg/次,2次/d,克拉霉素片500 mg/次,2次/d,7 d后,法莫替丁片20 mg/次,2次/日,疗程结束7 d后胃镜及快速尿素酶试验复查。结果观察组的总有效率89.75%;对照组的总有效率74.36%,两组总有效率差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,有统计意义。结论予奥美拉唑、胶体果胶铋、克拉霉素为三联治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡疗效显著,无不良副作用,值得临床使用。

Clinical observation on triple therapy intreatingHelicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating Helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer with triple therapy. Methods 156 patients suffering Helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer in our hospital who had been diagnosed with gastroscopy and rapid urease method were divided into treatment group （ n = 78） and control group （ n = 78 ）. The patients in the treatment group took 20rag Omeprazole Magnesium twice aday, CIarithromycin tablets 500mg twice a day, and Colloidal bismuth pectin capsules 200mg twice a day. 7 days later, they just took 20mg Omeprazole Magnesium Enteric twice a day. 28 days after the treatment, the patients had gastroscopy and rapid urease test again. Meanwhile, the patients in the control group took Famotidine 20mg twice a day, Colloidal bismuth pectin capsules 200rag twice a day and Clarithromycin tablets 500rag twice a day. 7 days later, just Famotidine 20mg twice a day. 7 days after the treatment, the patient had gastroscopy and rapid urease test review. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 89.75% and 74.36% in the control group. The difference was significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Omeprazole, Clarithromycin and Colloidal bismuth pectin capsules triple therapy had significant efficacy and no adverse side effects in treating Helicobacter Dvlori positive ~astric ulcer, it is worthy ofclinical use.
