中药解郁丸与帕罗西汀治疗60例恶劣心境患者临床对照研究

目的探讨中药解郁丸治疗恶劣心境的临床疗效、不良反应。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组采用中药解郁丸治疗,对照组采用帕罗西汀（国产乐友）治疗,12周后应用Hamiton抑郁量表（HAMD）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评定药物疗效,用TESS不良反应量表评定不良的反应。结果两组患者治疗前HAMD评分间差别无显著性意义（P〉0.05）;两组患者疗效间差别无显著性意义（P〉0.05）;两组患者治疗前后SDS、SAS评分间差别无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。治疗后解郁丸组不良反应明显少于帕罗西汀组。结论解郁丸治疗恶劣心境疗效与帕罗西汀相当,不良反应少。

Control Study on Efficacy of Jieyu Pill and Paroxetine in Treating Dysthymia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy,adverse reaction and safety of Jieyu pill(JYP)in treating Dysthymia.Methods 60 patients were randomized into the treatment group(30 patients) treated with Jieyu Pill and the control group(30 patients) treated with Paroxetine.The efficacy of treatment was evaluated 12 weeks after treatment with Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD),self-rating scale for depression(SDS),self-rating scale for Anxiety(SAS),and the adverse reaction was assessed by TESS.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in scores assessed by HAMD,SDS and SAS(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in clinical efficacy(P>0.05).However,the adverse effects of JYP were significantly fewer than those in the Paroxetine group.Conclusion JYP is similar to Paroxetine in efficacy but has fewer adverse effects than Paroxetine in treating Dysthymia.
