| 摘 要： | 原发性肝癌(PLC)患病比例逐年上升,其死亡率高,严重危害居民生命健康。外科治疗是肝癌的最佳治疗方法,但适应率较低,化学疗法效果欠佳,肝移植比较复杂,因此介入治疗和分子靶向药物治疗越来越受到关注。 |

| Abstract: | The incidence of primary liver cancer (PLC) rises year by year with high mortality rate and serious prejudice to people’s life and health. Surgical treatment is the best therapeutic method to PLC, while the accommodate rate is low and the chemical treatments are inefficient. Liver transplantation is complex, so the interventional therapy and molecular targeted drugs treatment have increasingly been concerned. |
