基于“军卫一号”的劳务补贴管理系统的设计实现

目的：设计并实现劳务补贴管理系统,利用此系统完成对收入及成本的统计汇总和对劳务补贴的生成、查询、统计等。方法：劳务补贴管理系统严格依照劳务补贴管理办法实现,将收入、成本、劳务补贴的统计方法、分类方式、核算方法等复杂性和多变性较强的关键因素与程序源代码进行了剥离.以0racle过程的形式时这些核心因素进行了实现,最大程度地减轻了后期调整时的工作量及客户复杂度。结果：通过对劳务补贴管理办法和医院的全成本核算方案的分析,开发劳务补贴管理系统来满足劳务补贴管理办法的要求。结论：劳务补贴管理系统提供了多种复杂查询报表管理功能,同时还提供了数据、字典的备份及恢复等功能,满足了劳务补贴管理的实际需要。

Design and Realization of Bonus Management System Based on "NO.1 Military Medical Project"

Objective To design and realize bonus management system in order to complete statistical summary of income and costs and the generation,query and statistics on labor subsidies.Methods By analyzing bonus management regulation and full cost accounting system of hospital,bonus management system was developed to satisfy request of bonus management regulation.Bonus management system was actualized severely according to bonus management regulation, complex and mutable crucial factors including statistical method,classification method and accounting method of income, cost and bonus etc.were separated with program source code,these crucial factors were actualized by Oracle procedure, which reduced workload and client complexity of maintenance farthest.Results Request of bonus management regulation was satisfied by development and implement of bonus management system.Conclusion The system provides many complex query reports management function,and also supplies the backup and recovery function of data and dictionary simultaneity, which satisfies actual requirement of bonus management
