摘    要:
目的:设计一种基于手机短信息的老年人跌倒检测装置。方法:该监测装置由低功耗STC12C5204AD单片机和MMA7260Q加速度传感器,以及TC35 CMS短信模块组成。由加速度传感器判断跌倒事件,通过AT命令,实现单片机控制短信模块自动发送跌倒求救短信息。结果:A、B测试者分别做4组实验,每组25次。第1组为正常行走或站立,第2组为快速的坐下,第3组为向前、向后、侧向跌倒,第4组为上下跳跃。经统计,第1组5次预报警,0次报警;第2组5~15次预报警,0次报警;第3组25次预报警,25次报警;第4组15~23次预报警,0次报警。结论:该装置在人体佩戴实验中,可以区分出正常人体活动与跌倒事件,自动发出跌倒报警信号,从而使用户能得到及时有效的医疗救护。

Abstract:
Objective To design a falling detection device based on the short message of mobile phone for the elderly. Methods The detection system was composed of a low power microcontroller STC12C5204AD,an acceleration sensor MMA7260Q and a TC35 GMS module.The falling event was judged by the acceleration sensor,and then with the AT command,the microcontroller could conduct the message module to send SMS.ResultB There were four groups of experiments done by the A,B testers,25 times for each group respectively,including:group 1 normal walking or standing; group 2 siting down quickly;group 3 forward,backward,falling sideways;group 4 jumping up and down.Statistically,group 1 pre-alarmed 5 times,alarmed 0 times,group 2 pre-alarmed 5-15 times,alarmed 0 times,group 3 pre-alarmed 25 times, alarmed 25 times,group 4 pre-alarmed 15-23 times,alarmed 0 times.Conclusion Through the human body wearing experiment,this detection system can distinguish falling event from normal activities,and raise falling alarm automatically to guarantee the user getting timely and effective medical care.
