康复新液灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎短期疗效观察

目的观察康复新液灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的短期疗效。方法 56例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为常规治疗组和康复新治疗组。常规治疗组28例,给予美沙拉嗪每次1克,每日3次口服,康复新治疗组给予美沙拉嗪每次1克,每日3次口服,同时给予康复新液每晚灌肠1次,连续观察2周,比较两组的治疗效果。结果所有患者完成治疗,未出现不良反应,康复新治疗组总有效率高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论口服美沙拉嗪配合康复新液灌肠是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的有效方法。

Observation on Short-term Clinical Effect of Clysis Therapy in Ulcerative Colitis Patients with Kangfuxin Solution

Objective To observe the short-term curative effect of clysis therapy in ulcerative colitis patients with kangfuxin solution. Methods 56 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and kangfuxin solution treatment group. Patients in conventional treatment group (28 cases) were treated with mesalazine orally with 1 g every time, 3 times a day; kangfuxin solution treatment group received mesalazine orally with 1 g every time, 3 times a day and kangfuxin solution for clysis 1 time every night. Both groups were continuously observed for 2 weeks and the therapeutic effects were compared. Results All patients completed treatment, and no adverse reactions were found; kangfuxin solution treatment group was more effective than conventional treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusions Taking mesalazine orally cooperated with clysis therapy with kangfuxin solution is an effective method for ulcerative colitis.
