中央工作站监护系统的应用质量检测

目的:加强中央工作站监护系统的应用质量检测。方法:从对多参数监护仪的质量检测延伸到对中央工作站监护系统的质量控制检测,总结出系统质量检测应具备的条件及对系统电气安全和性能检测的方法。结果:通过对监护系统的接地电阻、漏电流、有线监护性能、远程发射装置、记录器、报警性能的检测,并将单台监护仪和中央工作站的显示参数进行对比分析,从而判断中央工作站监护系统的质量是否合格。结论:中央工作站监护系统的质量控制对确保临床医护人员对患者的适时监护,降低由其所引发的医疗事故有重要意义。

Quality Test for Application of Central Station Monitoring System

Objective To strengthen the quality test for the application of the central station monitoring system.Methods By extension from the quality test of multi-parameters monitors to the quality control testing of the central station monitoring system,the conditions that should be possessed for the system quality testing and the methods for testing the electrical safety and the performance of the system were summarized.Results By the parameters testing of the monitoring system including grounding resistance,leakage current,cable monitoring performance,remote transmitter,recorder,and alarm performance,the displayed parameters of the single monitor and the central station were compared to determine the quality of the central station monitoring system.Conclusion The quality control of the central station monitoring system is important to ensure the timely care of the clinical staff to the patients and to reduce the medical malpractice.
