PDCA循环在医院临床输血标准化管理中的应用

目的探讨PDCA循环在医院临床输血标准化管理中的作用。方法按照《三级综合医院评审标准》（2011年版）建立本院临床输血标准化管理框架和考核内容,从2012年开始每月检查本院输血管理中各个环节,对其中不达质量标准的内容制定改进计划（plan）,然后计划实施（do）、按月检查考核（check）,进一步提出改进措施（action）。结果一年运行后全院临床输血管理制度更加健全；管理措施越来越丰富和完善；全院输血质量考核指标经χ2检验,各项指标的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,大部分指标改善明显（P〈0.01）,6项监控指标平均降低22.6%。结论 PDCA循环是一种有效提高医院输血标准化管理质量的方法,使医院临床输血管理目标、方向、分工明确,层次明显,管理落实,使临床输血管理内容更加丰富、管理体系进一步完善、制度更加健全,使医院输血质量明显改善。

Application of PDCA in the Standardization Management in Clinical Blood Transfusion

Objective To standardize the use of PDCA in clinical blood transfusion management.Methods The management specifications and content of examination were set up by reviewing the Criteria for Grade Three Hospital（2011）.Starting from 2012,the blood transfusion management was monthly monitored and the improvement plans were carried out in the issues that did not reach the standards The programs included planning,implementing,monthly checking,and improving.Results The management system of clinical blood transfusion was obviously standardized after one year′s implemantation;the measures were enriched;the quality of blood transfusion was improved（P〈0.01）,and six monitoring indicators were decreased by as high as 22.6%.Conclusions PDCA is an effective method which may improve the management quality of blood transfusion in the hospital and ensure the safety and efficiency of blood transfusion.
