常规超声联合超声弹性成像在诊断甲状腺占位性病变中的应用价值

摘    要:
目的:对于常规超声联合超声弹性成像在诊断患者甲状腺占位性病变的效果进行评价。方法选取我院自2010年5月至2013年7月间在我院接受甲状腺手术诊断的68例患者,115个病灶当中,良性占位性病变69例,恶性占位性病变为46例。根据患者采用常规超声以及超声联合弹性成像技术的不同情况进行诊断指标和评分标准的分析对比。结果常规超声联合超声弹性成像的诊断结果比单纯采用常规超声诊断的准确率大大提升。结论常规超声联合超声弹性成像可以大大提升甲状腺占位性病变的诊断准确率,在临床应用中有着重要价值,值得推广运用。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of conventional ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography in diagnosis of thyroid lesions. Method Selected in our hospital from 2010 May to 2013 year in July in our hospi-tal68 cases of patients with the diagnosis of thyroid operation, 115 lesions, benign lesions 69 cases, malignant lesions in 46 cases. Analysis and comparison of diagnostic indexes and standards of grading according to different circum-stances treated with conventional ultrasound and ultrasound combined with the flexible imaging technique. Result Diagnosis of conventional ultrasound combined with ultrasound elasticity imaging results than the simple use of con-ventional ultrasound diagnosis accuracy is greatly improved. Conclusion Conventional ultrasound combined with ul-trasound elasticity imaging cangreatly enhances the thyroid lesions diagnostic accuracy rate. It is of great value in clinical application, and is worthy of promotion and use.
