全自动血型仪在血型检测中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨全自动血型分析仪在血型检测中的应用。方法同时用全自动血型仪与U型微板法对14 260份血液标本进行平行血型检测和对比分析。结果全自动血型仪与U型微校法检测ABO血型的正确率分别为99.87%、99.89%;检测Rh血型的准确率均为100.00%。结论对血液标本进行常规的ABO和Rh血型检测是每家采供血机构检验科所必要进行的重要检测项目,全自动血型仪可以有效降低实验者的工作强度,防止人为性错误,降低生物危险性,同时提高实验效率和判读结果的准确率。为安全输血提供可靠保障,有助于采供血机构进行大批量标本的血型鉴定。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the fully automatic blood grouping analyzer(FABGA)for the determination of the blood types.Methods The FABGA and the U-type microsoft assay were used to test the blood types in 14 260cases.Results The accuracy of 99.87%and 99.89% was obtained by using the two methods in detection of ABO type,and of 100%in detection of Rh blood type.Conclusion The FABGA can effectively relieve from the burden of laboratory work and,more importantly,prevent the risks of artificial errors and biohazard.Additionally,the analyzer can improve the tests efficiency and accuracy,which provides a reliable tool for safe blood transfusion and large scale examination of specimens.
