摘    要:
目的:探讨精子培养液中果糖对人类精子活力及活率的影响。方法:以人类输卵管液(Human Tube Fluid,HTF)为培养液,以果糖25mg替代HTF中的葡萄糖(果糖组)及不含葡萄糖的HTF(无糖组)作为实验组,HTF液为对照组,观察3组中精子的活力、活率。3组培养精子48h的精子活力、活率及培养72h的精子活力比较,果糖组优于对照组,对照组优于无糖组(P<0·05)。培养精子24h内实验组与对照组精子活力学指标无显著差异,但随着培养时间的延长,精子的活力、活率出现差异,果糖组优于对照组,对照组优于无糖组。结论:提示培养液中以果糖代替葡萄糖可显著改善精子的活动能力。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effect of fructose media on the activity and active rate in human sperm. Methods: Human Tube Fluid (HTF)was used as control group, while HTF with or without fructose were test groups. Glucose in HTF were changed to observed the effect on the dynamic parameters of sperm. Results: The vitality and motility of sperm cultured for 48 hours, and motility of sperm cultured for 72 hours showed significant difference among three groups(P<0.05). The fructose group was better than HTF group, and HTF group was better than the none sugar group. Our data suggested that the fructose group and the HTF group were all better than the none sugar group. Conclusion: Our experiment suggests that fructose can better improve the sperm vitality and motility than glucose does.
