不同中药利尿剂对非机械性梗阻所致肾积水利尿作用的比较

目的：比较中药利尿剂——五苓散、猪苓汤、八正散和金匮肾气丸对非机械性梗阻所致肾积水的利尿作用。方法：４０例经Ｂ超检查证实为非机械性梗阻致肾积水患者，随机分为４组，不进行辨证，分别给予中药五苓散、猪苓汤、八正散和金匮肾气丸治疗，１周后比较４组疗效。结果：４组中五苓散利尿作用最强，猪苓汤和八正散其次，金匮肾气丸最差，前３组疗效均好于最后１组。结论：中药的利尿作用包括促进尿液生成和增加尿流动力两部分，中药五苓散、猪苓汤和八正散对尿流动力学的影响稍强

Effect of different traditional Chinese diuretic on diuresis in patients with nephrohydrosis induced by nonmechanic obstruction

Objective:To compare the diuretic mechanism of traditional Chinese diuretic drug Wu ling Powder ,Zhuling Decoction,Bazheng Powder and Jinkui Shenqi Pill on nephrohydrosis induced by nonmechanic obstruction.Methods:Forty cases of nephrohydrosis induced by nonmechanic obstruction diagnosed by Buetra sound examination were divided into 4 groups.They were given Wuling Powder,Zhuling Decoction,Bazheng Powder and Jinkui Shenqi Pill respectively.Then,to compare the therapeutic efficacy after 1 week.Results:Among 4 groups,the diuretic action was strongest in Wuling Powder group (A) and were stronger in Zhuling Decoction group and Bazheng Powder group (B and C).Moreover,the diuretic effect was no obvious in Jinkui Shenqi Pill group (D).Therefore,the therapeutic efficacy of group A,B,C were better than group D.Conclusions:The diuretic action of traditional Chinese herb must be include enhancing uringenesis and increasing urinodynamic.The effects of Wuling Powder,Zhuling decoction and Bazheng Powder on urineflow dynamic were slight stronger than that of Jinkui Shenqi Pill.
