康复新湿敷治疗褥疮的疗效观察

目的观察康复新湿敷治疗褥疮的疗效。方法30例患有Ⅱ期或Ⅲ期褥疮的患者,随机分为两组,各15例,两组患者除常规护理及加强营养外,均局部清创用药,治疗组用浸有康复新滴剂的棉球紧贴在创面上,外用无菌干纱布覆盖,胶布固定,每日换药3次,以保持药效的连续性和保证创面处于湿润状态。对照组用0．5％碘伏涂擦,并用碘伏纱布持续湿敷覆盖创面,每日换药3次。结果观察治疗组总有效率为93．3％,对照组总有效率为66．7％。两组患者的治愈率及治愈时间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论康复新液治疗褥疮可明显提高治愈率,使愈合时间缩短,且操作简便,治疗费用低廉。

Curative effect observation of treating bedsore by Kangfuxin lition wet-compressing therapy

Objective To observe the curative effect of treating bedsore by Kangfuxin Lotion wet-compressing therapy. Methods 30 patients with bedsore (stage Ⅱ or stage Ⅲ) were randomly divided into two groups, each group contains 15 pa-tients. Besides conventional nursing and strengthened nutrition,they all received local debridement with medicine. For the treat-ment group, we clung Kangfuxin-dipped compress to the wound, eovered it with axenic dry gauze, and fix it with adhesive plas-ter. For the control group, we plastered the wound with 0.5% iodophor, and persistingly covered iodophor-dipped gauze on the wound. For both groups, we renew the compress three times a day so as to ensure the continuity of medicine effect and the wettish condition of the wound. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, while that of the control group was 66.7%. Compared with the control group, the curative rate of the treatment group was much higher and its healing time was shor-ter, the discrepant was very obvious (P<0.01). Conclusion Kangfuxin Lotion, which is convenient to use and with low price, can greatly enhance the curative rate and shorten the healing time.
