从"抗非"实践对企业医疗机构地位的再思考

通过总结葛洲坝集团医疗卫生机构在“抗非”斗争中的指挥参谋作用、疾控龙头作用、疫情报告的中枢作用、疫病救冶的骨干作用、群防群控中的堡垒作用、卫生执法监督作用等六大作用,和无一例“非典”病例和疑似病例发生的胜利成果,呼吁全社会应重视企业医疗卫生机构在发展公共卫生事业中的作用,并在改革进程中,要对企业医疗卫生机构关心、支持,管好用好,促进发展,使之成为以企业职工家属为主要居民群体的社区在预防和应急处理公共卫生突发事件方面的一支重要医疗卫生力量,以造福于人民。

Reconsideration to the position of enterprise medical institutions based on the practice of anti-SARS

Based on the summing up the experience on 6 major roles in ami SARS fighting (namely role of advising and commanding, role of disease control, key role of epidemic reporting, key role of saving and treating patients, central role for mass control and prevention and role of health enforcement ) played by the medical and health institutions of Gezhouba Group, as well as the achievement without single SARS case and probable case, the article calls on that the society as a whole should attach importance to the roles played by enterprise medical institutions in developing public health, and support enterprise medical institutions in the reforming process, to manage them well and promote their development, and make them an important force in community-based medical service for the family members of the enterprise staff as the chief target as well as preventing and handling sudden public health incidence to serve the people.
