| Abstract: | To investigate effect of diet therapy plus Chinese traditional medicine on gout arthritis in 38 patients.Main prognosis indexes:Cured:All clinical symptoms disapperared.articular activity recoverd,blood uric acid became normal;Effecitve:symptoms were improved,articular activity was flexible,blood uric acid decreased by more than 10%;ineffectives:symptoms and blood uric acid showed no significant improvement.Results:17 cases whowed cure,18 effective prognosis,3 ineffective,total effective rate was 92%.Liver function was normal before and after treament .Articular pain was completely cured in 17 cases,improved in 11 cases,1 cases showed no improvement in joint pain.Conclusion:Diet therapy plus Chinses Traditional Medicine is effective and reliable in the treatment of gout arthritis. |
