| 摘 要： | 目的：检测皮肤基底细胞癌（BCC）组织中Foxpl和Ki一67蛋白的表达。方法：采用免疫组化方法检测BCC组织石蜡切片中Foxpl和Ki-67蛋白的表达。结果：40例BCC标本中Foxpl蛋白的表达率为82．5％，Ki-67蛋白的表达率为75％，均显著高于对照组（均P〈O．01）。结论：Foxpl和Ki-67可能参与BCC的发生和发展。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To detect the expression of Foxpl and Ki- 67 in basal cell carcinoma （BCC）. Method： The expression of Foxpl and Ki - 67 proteins was detected by immunohistochemical staining in 40 cases of BCC. Results： The positivity rates of Foxpl and Ki - 67 in BCC were 82.5% and 75% respectively, which were significandy higher than those in normal skin. Conclusion： Foxpl and Ki - 67 may be involved in the pathogenesis of BCC. |
