我院肿瘤科糖皮质激素应用现状随机调查分析

目的:调查我院肿瘤科糖皮质激素(Glucocorticoids,GS)应用现状,进一步规范其临床应用。方法:随机抽查我院肿瘤科3个月住院患者病历,收集相关GS应用资料,针对GS欠规范使用病例展开讨论,并提出合理应用建议。结果:此次调查发现我院肿瘤科GS的应用欠规范病例约占3.3%,主要表现为部分患者用药时间过长、用量过大、种类过少、适应症和禁忌症掌握欠佳、用药期间监测不力等。结论:GS在肿瘤临床上同时存在滥用和用量不足等问题,其规范化应用有待进一步加强。

A random investigation and analysis of application status of glucocorticoids in the Department of Oncology of Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College

Objective:Investigate the current application situation of glucocorticoids(GS) in the department of oncology in our hospital and further standardize its clinical application.Methods: The medical records and data of inpatients who were treated with GS in the department of oncology in our hospital for recent three months were randomly collected.A discussion related with non-standard use of GS was made and some reasonable suggestions were given.Results:The rate of irregular application of GS was 3.3%,which mainly related to long duration for using,over dosage,insufficient categories,unbefitting handling of indications and contraindications and lack of monitoring.Conclusion: Both insufficient use and abuse of GS simultaneously existed in clinic.The standard application of GS in clinic needs to be improved.
