动态增强磁共振成像在早期乳腺癌诊断中价值分析

目的:分析与探讨动态增强磁共振成像对于早期乳腺癌诊断的价值。方法:选取本院2011年6月至2012年7月期间收治的40例早期乳腺癌患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者术前均采用动态增强磁共振成像检查,并对动态时间—信号强度曲线进行综合分析,讨论其临床诊断价值。结果:40例患者中,动态时间—信号强度曲线分布:Ⅰ型0例,Ⅱ型2例,Ⅲ型38例。早期强化阈值>90%有36例,≤90%有4例。结论:采用动态增强磁共振成像对于早期乳腺癌的影像诊断非常必要,其中时间—信号强度曲线具有重要的参考价值。

The analysis of diagnostic value of dynamic enhanced MRI in early breast cancer

Objective:Analyze and discuss the diagnostic value of dynamic enhanced MRI of early breast cancer.Methods: The data of 40 patients with early breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed in 903 Hospital from June 2011 to July 2012.All patients were examined by dynamic enhanced MRI.All of the time-signal intensity curves of the 40 patients have been comprehensively analyzed.And the clinical diagnostic value has been discussed.Results: Among the 40 cases,the time-signal intensity curves show a result.No case was type Ⅰ.2 cases were type Ⅱ.38 cases were type Ⅲ.36 cases’ early enhanced threshold value are greater than 90%.4 cases are less than or equal to 90%.Conclusion: It is very necessary to apply dynamic enhanced MRI to early breast cancer diagnosis.And the time-signal intensity curve has the reference value.
