| 摘 要： | 黄体功能不健所导致的不孕症属中医学"无子"的范畴,在不孕症及内分泌门诊占有相当大的比例.主要表现为不孕、月经周期缩短或基本正常、基础体温双相但高温在9～11 d之间,或呈阶梯状,黄体中期测孕激素数值低于7.42 ng/ml.
