社区托幼机构超重和肥胖儿童的干预效果评价

目的:掌握社区幼儿园儿童的超重和肥胖现况,并对肥胖干预效果进行评价,为预防和控制儿童肥胖提供科学依据。方法:以田林社区幼儿园的超重及肥胖儿童作为研究对象,采取干预措施,于干预前及干预后分别测量研究对象体重,并通过问卷调查了解研究对象饮食、运动和生活习惯,家长对肥胖知识的知晓情况,并对干预的效果进行评价。结果:干预前后儿童肥胖等级分布、饮食、运动和生活习惯、家长对肥胖知识的知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对超重和肥胖儿童的干预是矫治儿童肥胖症的有效手段,以幼儿园和家庭为单位开展积极有效干预,建立良好的饮食生活习惯,对儿童肥胖症的一级预防和二级预防具有重要意义。

Effect evaluation on the intervention measure for overweight and obese children in community childcare institutions

Objective: To master the numbers and basic situations of the overweight obese children in Tianlin Community,Xuhui District of Shanghai,and evaluate the effect of intervention on these children.To provide the scientific basis for the intervention studies on overweight and obese children.Methods:The overweight and obese children at the kindergartens in Tianlin Community were taken as the subjects and some comprehensive interventions were exert on them.Before and after the interventions,they were measured for weight investigated with questionnaires to learn their diet,exercise and living habits,to find out the knowledge their parents known on obesity.Then we analysis and evaluate the effect of the intervention.Results:After the six months' intervention,the rate of the children obesity has declined.The distribution of obese degree has changed.Diet,exercise and living habits of these children were obviously difference.Their parents' knowledge on obesity has broadened.Conclusion: To intervene the habits of the overweigh and obese children is the effective treatment method on children obesity.Launch effective intervention on overweight and obese children and make them establish healthy and living habits are of great significance to the primary and secondary prevention of children obesity.
