| 摘 要： | 目的分析药品不良反应（ADR）发生的特点及一般规律,以促进临床合理用药。方法对收集的115例ADR报告分别从患者年龄、给药途径、药品种类、累及器官/系统以及临床表现等方面进行统计、分析。结果 115例ADR报告涉及11大类药品,其中抗感染药引起的ADR所占比例最大;静脉给药较其他给药途径更易发生ADR。结论为避免或减少ADR的发生,应重视ADR的监测、报告工作。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the characteristics and regularity of the adverse drug reaction（ADR） occurred in our hospital.Methods 115 ADR cases collected in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2009 were analyzed statistically in respects of patients＇age,routes of administration,drug categories,organs and systems involved in ADR and clinical manifestations,etc.Results Eleven major drug categories were involved in the 115 ADR cases.Among them,ADR induced by anti-infective drugs occupied the highest proportion.Intravenous administration was easy to develop ADR than the other administration routes.Conclusion Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring and report for avoiding or reducing the occurrence of ADR. |
