加味附子理中汤配合针灸治疗早搏的临床观察

目的观察加味附子理中汤配合针灸治疗早搏的临床疗效。方法将90例早搏患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例。治疗组予加味附子理中汤配合针灸治疗,对照组予盐酸普罗帕酮治疗,4W后观察疗效,以评估其疗效和安全性。结果对照组治疗后总有效率为88．89％,治疗组治疗后总有效率为93．33％,两组患者治疗后疗效经统计学分析差异无显著性（19〈0．05）。但在改善心悸、胸闷、乏力、纳呆、形寒肢冷等症状方面,治疗组明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论加味附子理中汤配合针灸治疗早搏疗效显著,且无明显毒副作用,值得进一步研究。

Clinical Observation of Premature Heart Beat Treated with Modified Fuzi Lizhong Tang and Acupuncture

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on premature heart beat treated with modified Fuzi Lizhong Tang and acupuncture. Methods 90 cases were randomized into treatment group （45 cases） and control group （45 cases ）. In treatment group, modified Fuzi Lizhong Tang and acupuncture were applied. In control group, propafenonel hydrochloride tablets were administered. The observation lasted for 4 weeks to assess the efficacy and safety of treatment. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 88.89% in control group and was 93.33% in treatment group. There was no significant difference in the efficacy after treatment between two groups in statistical analysis（ P 〈0.05 ）. But the symptoms,such as palpitation,chest oppression,lassitude, poor appetite, chills and cold limbs were relieved superiorly in treatment group compared with control group,indicating significant difference （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Fuzi Lizhong Tang and acupuncture achieve significant efficacy on premature heart beat, without apparent toxic side effect and this therapy deserves to be further investigated.
