| 摘 要： | 培养具有综合素养和创新性的人才，已成为高校学生工作主要课题。基于药学类人才培养现状，以学生科研能力为培育基点，探索了药学类学生“阶段成才计划”这一新型人才培育模式的作用机制与实施路径，实现了医学院校药学类人才培养工作的理念与方法的有效创新。 |

| Abstract: | To develop the comprehensive and innovative ability of senior specialized talents is one of the main tasks of higher education, which also requires universities to vigorously develop an innovative way to cultivate students＇ quality and promote their comprehensive development. This paper studied effects of pharmacology student＇ s participation of scientific research on promoting their scientific research ability and interpersonal skills, and comprehensive quality personnel cultivation. A ＂ stage - cultivation plan＂ was made for pharmacology students, which included four steps of development of scientific research interest, start of scientific research, and preliminary development of scientific research ability. It indicated the participation of scientific research significantly promoted pharmacologic comprehensive quality personnel cultivation. |
