摘    要:
p-糖蛋白作为一种广泛分布于全身各组织和器官的重要转运体,影响多种药物的体内的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄过程,还能防止外源性有害物质的侵入.p-糖蛋白由ABCB1基因编码,ABCB1基因多态性决定p-糖蛋白的蛋白表达量,进而影响p-糖蛋白的体内的功能作用.单核苷酸多态性(SNP)是P-糖蛋白产生变异的重要影响因素,可决定不同个体对药物治疗的不同应答,人体中存在的非同义和同义SNP均可对P-糖蛋白的转运功能产生重要影响.本文将对各组织器官中,ABCB1基因多态性与p-糖蛋白表达量的相关性进行综述.

Abstract:
P-glycoprotein (P-gp) is widely not only involved in the drug absorption,distribution,metabolism and excretion,but also prevents the invasion of harmful exogenous substances.P-glycoprotein is encoded by the ABCB1 gene,ABCB1 gene polymorphism determines the protein expression of P-glycoprotein,and affects the function of P-glycoprotein in vivo.Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) is an important factors influencing P-glycoprotein mutation,and individual response to drug treatment.The non-synonymous and synonymous SNPs can both influence the transportation function of P-glycoprotein in humans.In this review,the correlation between ABCB1 gene polymorphism and P-glycoprotein expression in various tissues and organwere reviewed.
