摘    要:
肥厚型心肌病(hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,HCM)是常见遗传性心血管疾病,其发病率可达1/500.该病是目前年轻运动员心源性猝死的重要病因,可在各个年龄段发病,其中50%~70%HCM由基因突变所致.近年来,HCM的分子研究已取得较大进展,本文就HCM相关的主要致病基因及其分子机制作一综述.

Abstract:
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM),affecting 1 in 500 individuals worldwide,is the most common inherited cardiovascular disorder.In addition,it is the most frequent cause of sudden death in young athletes and people can suffer from HCM at all ages.It is supposed that 50% ~ 70% HCM result from gene mutation.In recent years,great progress has been made at the field of studying on the molecular mechanisms underlying HCM pathology,which are reviewed.
