睫状神经营养因子在缺血性脑卒中后抑郁患者中的临床意义

目的:研究睫状神经营养因子(CNTF)在缺血性脑卒中后抑郁患者中的临床意义。方法:选择缺血性脑卒中后抑郁患者(观察组)和正常健康人(对照组)各30例,检测2组血清CNTF并比较其差异,比较不同临床特征中CNTF差异。结果:观察组的CNTF低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的CNTF在不同病灶体积、抑郁评分和NIHSS评分中差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。CNTF与病灶体积、抑郁评分和NIHSS评分均呈负相关(均rs<0,P<0.05)。有严重并发症及死亡患者的CNTF显著低于无严重并发症及存活患者(均P<0.05)。CNTF<16.5 ng/m L为有严重并发症及死亡的独立危险因素(均OR>1)。结论:缺血性脑卒中后CNTF可能在缺血性脑卒中后抑郁病情及预后评估中具有价值。

Clinical Significance of Ciliary Neurotrophic Factor in Patients with Ischemic Stroke Depression

Objective:To study clinical significance of ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) in patients with ischemic stroke depression.Methods:Thirty patients with ischemic stroke depression (observation group) and 30 healthy people (control group) were enrolled.The differences of CNTF in both groups were examined and compared.The differences of CNTF of observation group in different clinicopathological factors was compared.The correlation between ciliary neurotrophic factor and clinicopathological factors and prognosis were compared and analyzed.Results:The CNTF in observation group was significantly lower than in control group (P＜0.05).The differences of CNTF of observation group in lesion volume,depression score and NIHSS score were statistics significant (P＜0.05).The CNTF correlated negatively with lesion volume,depression score and NIHSS score (rs＜ 0,P＜0.05).The CNTF in patients with severe complications was significantly lower than patients without severe complications.The CNTF ＜16.5 ng/mL was risk factor for severe complication and death.Conclusion:CNTF might act as biomarker in disease condition and prognosis evaluation for ischemic stroke depression.
