淋巴瘤治疗中硼替佐米的临床应用

淋巴瘤是一组复杂的血液肿瘤,世界卫生组织(WHO)与美国国家综合癌症网(NCCN)等机构不断更新对淋巴瘤的定义,并且淋巴瘤分型及治疗方案也不断完善.诸多新的药物被用于治疗淋巴瘤,例如用于治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的蛋白酶体抑制剂硼替佐米,亦被美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准用于治疗特殊类型淋巴瘤.为了明确淋巴瘤患者应用硼替佐米治疗的恰当时机,以及硼替佐米在淋巴瘤治疗中的地位,笔者结合2016年WHO淋巴细胞肿瘤分类与NCCN淋巴瘤指南,拟就硼替佐米在淋巴瘤治疗中的意义与作用进行综述.

Clinical applications of bortezomib in lymphoma treatment

Lymphomas are complex hematologic malignancies.World Health Organization (WHO) and the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) and so on update the definition of lymphomas constantly,of which classification and treatment regiments change constantly.Many new regiments are added to treatment of lymphomas.For example,bortezomib,which is used in the treatment of multiple myeloma(MM),is also approval by Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of special types of lymphomas.But when bortezomib can be used to treat lymphomas and what is the status of bortezomib in lymphomas treatment are still being investigated.According to the WHO classification 2016 for lymphoid malignancies and NCCN guidelines for lymphomas,this article reviews literatures on the significance and effect of bortezomib in the treatment of lymphomas.
