依达拉奉联合丁苯酞软胶囊对早期急性脑梗死血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶、一氧化氮和超氧化物歧化酶水平的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨依达拉奉联合丁苯酞软胶囊对早期急性脑梗死(ACI)血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响。方法:ACI患者90例按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各45例,在脑梗死常规治疗的基础上,2组均给予依达拉奉治疗,试验组在依达拉奉治疗基础上联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗;观察治疗前后的血清NSE、NO、SOD水平变化及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分的变化。结果:治疗前2组血清NSE、NO及SOD水平差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后试验组血清NSE、NO水平均低于治疗前,且低于对照组相应水平,SOD高于治疗前及对照组相应水平(P0.05);试验组总有效率为95.96%,高于对照组的68.89%(P0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗早期ACI,可改善疗效,提高SOD活性,降低NSE及NO水平。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of Edaravone combined with Butylphthalide treatment on levels of neuron-specific enolase (NSE),nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods:Ninety patients with ACI were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (n=45 in each group).All patients were treated by Edaravone,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with Butylphthalide in addtion.The serum NSE,NO and SOD levels were determined and the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) were assessed before and after treatment.Results:Serum NSE,NO and SOD levels had no significant differences in all the groups (P>0.05) before treatment.After the treatment,the NSE and NO levels were significantly decreased in the experimental group and than those in the control group (P<0.05).On the contrary,the SOD level was significantly increased in the experimental group and than that in the control group after treatment (P<0.05).The total effective rate of in the experimental group was 95.96%,higher than that (68.89%) in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with Butylphthalide is more effective to treat ACI than sole Edaravone.The combined treatment can increase the activity of SOD and decrease the serum levels of NSE and NO.
