摘    要:MSI2是一种RNA结合蛋白,在人体生理和病理情况下均发挥着重要的作用.MSI2主要表达于神经、造血、胰腺和胃肠组织干细胞内,参与神经系统的发育、细胞增殖分化的调控以及干细胞的生长发育过程,同时,MSI2在实体肿瘤及白血病中异常表达,并参与实体肿瘤及白血病的发生发展.本文通过探讨MSI2的生物学特性及其致病机制,为MSI2作为基因治疗的新靶点提供思路和理论依据.

Abstract:MSI2 is a RNA-binding protein that plays an important role in physiological and pathological conditions.MSI2 is mainly distributed among neural, hematopoietic, pancreatic and epithelial stem cells.It is important to participate in the development of the nervous system and stem cells and regulate cell proliferation and differentiation.Meanwhile, MSI2 is expressed abnormally in solid tumors as well as leukemia, and participated in the occurrence and development of solid tumors as well as leukemia.This paper focused on the biological characteristics of MSI2 and its role in pathogenic mechanisms, it would provide the theoretical evidence of MSI2 as a new target for gene therapy.
