西宁地区临床分离常见菌及耐药性分析

摘    要:
目的:了解西宁地区临床分离出的病原菌的组成及耐药状况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:对2011年6月-2011年12月临床采集的标本常规培养分离后,应用英国先德ARIS全自动微生物鉴定仪进行细菌鉴定和药敏检测,再以Micro.soft Excel2007进行药敏结果统计。结果:本地区的临床分离菌以大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、肠球菌为主,革兰阴性菌的敏感药物包括亚胺培南、阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星、头孢吡肟、头孢他啶,革兰阳性菌的敏感药物包括万古霉素、氯霉素、利福平、环丙沙星、四环素。结论:临床治疗感染应以本地区细菌种类和耐药监测结果为依据,合理应用抗生素。

Abstract:
Objective:To know the composition and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria isolated from clinical patients in Xining regions for providing the evidence of rational drug use in clinic.Methods: The samples collected from clinical patients were cultured by routine method and pathogen bacteria were identified by automatic microorganism identification instrument produced by UK to Germany ARIS company from June to December in 2011.Furthermore,the susceptibility results were conducted statistics analysis with Micro.soft Excel2007.Results: The usual clinical isolates were Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas,Acinetobacter,Enterococci in local.The sensitive drugs of Gram-negative bacteria included imipenem,Amikacin,levofloxacin,cefepime,ceftazidime and those of Gram-positive bacteria included vancomycin,chloramphenicol,rifampin,ciprofloxacin,tetracycline.Conclusion: Treatment of infection should be based on local bacterial species and drug resistance monitoring results to guide the rational use of antibiotics.
