| 摘 要： | 颈椎病是临床常见病、多发病,当前具有显著的年轻化趋势,但目前对颈椎病的防治却没有获得足够的重视。中医治未病的学术思想是中医预防医学思想的高度概括,将其预防医学思想与颈椎病的防治结合起来具有显著的现实意义。在调治颈椎病方面提出:未病先防应普及颈椎病的健康素质教育、采取适当的功能体位并进行适当的功能锻炼;既病防变强调应及时诊治,以防它变;病后康复强调采取适当的干预方法以巩固疗效,预防复发。

| Abstract: | Cervical Spondylosis is a common and frequent disease in clinic,and has the trend of rejuvenation. However,it hasn't received enough attention in prevention and treatment.
