摘 要: | 目的与方法:本文采用AFB1致大鼠肝癌体内短期实验模型,测定血清与肝组织的SOD活力,进一步研究摄入Ge-132的剂量、时间与抗氧化作用的关系。结果:发现Ge-132具有抵抗AFB1降低SOD活力的作用,Ge-132的摄入时间、剂量可影响SOD活力大小。结论:Ge-132的抗氧化作用与抑癌作用有关,并具有一定的防癌作用。

ANTIOXIDATIVE ABILITY OF CARBOXYETHYLGERMANIUM (GE- 132)ON THE AFB1 INDUCED HEPATOCARCINOGENESIS IN RAT |

Abstract: | Results: This paper reports that Ge-132 possessed the remarkable resistance effects on AFB-1 {reducing} Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) activity in vivo during AFB-1-induced hepatocarcinogenesis for short term model experiments. The SOD activity can be affected by the time and the dosage of Ge-132 intaken. Conclusion: The results indicated that antioxidative ability of Ge-132 is relate to its anticarciogenicity. Ge-132 can be used as a safe and effective chemoprevention agent. |
