新生儿惊厥的诊断和治疗新进展

新生儿惊厥对神经发育造成不利影响,可损伤神经遗传基因,扰乱神经细胞的结构、功能和连接,导致能量供给和需求的不平衡。近年来由于连续数字视频脑电图监测的应用,对于新生儿惊厥的诊断和治疗提出了新的观点,为改善新生儿惊厥患儿的预后和进一步的研究提供了帮助。该文总结了近年来新生儿惊厥诊断和治疗的研究新进展,着重介绍新生儿抗惊厥药物。

Advancement in diagnosis and treatment of neonatal seizures

Neonatal seizures have an adverse effect on neurodevelopmental outcome, for example,impairing neurogenesis and deranging neuronal structure, function and connectivity, leading to a mismatch between energy supply and demand. Because of application of prolonged digital Video EEG recording in diagnosis, many new viewpoints were proposed,which contributes to improving prognosis of those newborns with seizures and to further investigations. In this article, we reviewed advancements in study on diagnosis and treatment of neonatal seizures in recent years, emphatically recommended some anticonvulsants for newborns.
