平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤的临床观察

目的:观察平阳霉素(PYM)瘤内注射治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤的疗效.方法:1997～2003年6年间用PYM瘤腔内注射治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤57例68个瘤体,每周一次,3～5次为一疗程.结果:经0.5～4年随访,显效45例(78.9%),有效11例(19.3%),无效1例(1.8%),总有效率98.2%.结论:PYM治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤疗效高,疗程短,副反应少,是一种简便安全的有效方法.

Clinical research in treatment of cavernous hemangioma with pingyangmycin

Objective:The purpose of the study was to investigate the therapeutic efficacy of pingyangmycin injection as a primary therapy of cavernous in oral and maxillofacial region.Method:A total of 57 patients(39 males and 18 females) with cavernous hemangiomas hemangioma in oral and maxillofacial regions were treated in No.1 People's Hospital of from Apr 1990 to Mar 2003.PingyangmycHuanggang City in was injected once a week and 3 to 5 times as one period of treatment.Result:45(78.9%) cases showed significant therapeutic effect and 11(19.3%)case showed clinical effect.There was one case(1.8%)showed no therapeutic effect.Conclusion:The treatment of injection of pingyangmycin is a selective primary method of cavernous hemangioma,which has high treatment efficacy and low side-effect.
