崇左市2005-2007年结核病患者血清学指标检测结果

目的了解结核病患者身体健康状况，为结核病防治提供科学依据。方法分析2005-2007年共1620例在崇左市结核门诊就诊的结核病患者血清实验室检测结果。结果肝功能异常占5．74％；血清总蛋白降低占10．00％，白蛋白降低占11．60％，球蛋白增高占34．20％，白蛋白、球蛋白比例倒置占39．94％；HBsAg阳性率为16．60％，HBsAb阳性率为14．75％，HBcAb阳性率为23．09％，HIV抗体阳性率为0．49％。结论结核病患者血清学检测结果表明，应关注结核病患者的健康状态，加强对结核病、乙型肝炎、艾滋病的联合防治。

Test Results of Serological Indicators among Patients with Tuberculosis in Chongzuo City during 2005-2007

[ Objective] To understand the health status of patients with tuberculosis, and provide scientific evidence for tuberculosis control. [ Methods] Serological tests results in lab of 1620 cases of tuberculosis were analyzed during 2005-2007. [ Results] The hepatic dysfunction accounted for 5.74 % ; the decrease in serum total protein accounts for 10.00 % ; the decrease of albumin occupies 11.60 % ; the increase of globulin occupies 34.20 % ; the inversion of A-G ratio occupies 39.94% ; the positive rate of Hbsag, HbsAb, HBeAb and HIV antibody was 16.60%, 14.75%, 23.09% and 0.49% respectively. [ Conclusion] The serological tests indicated tha tuberculosis patients should be concerned about the health status, combined prevention and treatment of of tuberculosis, hepatitis B and AIDS should be strengthened.
