神经导航在颅内海绵状血管瘤手术中的应用(附9例报告)

摘    要:目的评价神经导航在颅内海绵状血瘤(CA)手术中的应用。方法分析应用德国Zeiss神经导航系统对9例颅内CA手术的治疗效果。结果病灶均成功切除,无手术死亡。结论应用神经导航系统可以精确定位,设计最佳手术入路,缩短手术时间,减少医源性损伤和于术并发症。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the utility of image-guided surgery in the resection of intracranial cavernous angioma. Methods An infrared navigation system with integrated microscope guidance was used for frameless intracranial neuronavigation in the surgery of 9 patients with intracranial cavernous angioma. Results Surgical results were satisfactory in all cases. No patient died of surgery. Conclusion Neuronavigation in the resection of intracanial cavernous angioma allows very precise tumor localization and planning of the craniotomy, and can decrease neurosurgical invasiveness and postoperative complications.
