乳腺癌肿瘤标志物研究进展

随着人们对乳腺癌认识的深入和实验室技术的不断提高,肿瘤标志物在乳腺癌发生、发展及扩散中的作用及其对预后的影响越来越受到重视,不仅为乳腺癌的研究开辟新领域,也为乳腺癌的治疗提出了新的思路和方法。现就与乳腺癌发病关系密切的C-erbB2基因、nm23基因、p53基因、端粒酶、环氧化酶和E-钙黏蛋白等肿瘤标志物的研究进展做一综述。

The Progress of the Tumor Markers in Breast

As peoples＇ understanding of breast cancer is getting deeper and experimental diagnosis technique is improving continually, the role that tumor markers may play in the progression of occurrence, development and diffusion of breast cancer is attached more and more attention, which does not only exploit a new field for research on breast cancer, but also provide some new ideas and methods. In this article, the relationship between tumor markers, such as C-erbB2 gene, nm23 gene, p53 gene, telomerase, cyclooxygenase, E-cadherin, and breast cancer was summarized.
