| 摘 要： | 目的:研究上海市吴淞地区2008～2010年,7～10月志贺菌菌群分布及其药敏特点,以指导临床治疗.方法:经大便培养筛选志贺菌,用生化和血清学方法鉴定菌群和血清型.采用Kirby Bauer法检测病原耐药性.结果:在74例细菌性痢疾患者中,宋内氏志贺氏菌最多.对抗菌素敏感性有差异.结论:2008～2010年,7～10月...
