神经元特异性烯醇化酶对Creutzfeldt-Jakob病的早期诊断价值

目的探讨脑脊液及血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）对Creutzfeldt-Jakob病（CJD）的诊断意义。方法利用免疫组织化学方法定量检测脑脊液及血清NSE蛋白含量。检测了36例患者，其中clD组14例、其他痴呆组（OD）10例，非痴呆组（ND）12例。结果CJD组与OD组、ND组相比，其脑脊液及血清含量明显增高。其灵敏度分别为78．6％、73．3％，特异度分别为77．3％、72．7％。结论NSE检测可以用于CJD早期诊断，但血清NSE与CSF中NSE相比对于诊断sCJD的敏感性及特异性均下降。

Diagnosis value of the neuron-specific enolase in cerebrospinal fluid and serum in the early stage Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease

[Objective] To inquire the diagnosis value of neuron-specific enolase in cerebrospinal fluid and serum in the early stage sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. [Methods] We analysised cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum samples of 36 patients by ELISA. 14 of them are CJD, 10 of them are other dementia diseases(OD), the others are non dementia diseases(ND).
