急性主动脉综合征的诊断与治疗

急性主动脉综合征包括三种不同的类型,分别是主动脉夹层分离、主动脉壁内血肿、穿透性粥样硬化性主动脉溃疡。尽管此三种疾病有相似的临床症状,但其病理生理学基础、病程演变、影像学表现及治疗方法各异。现对其病因、病理、临床表现、预后做一概述,重点对这三种不同类型疾病的治疗方法进行讨论,以期提高临床医师对该综合征的认识,指导临床正确及时地处理好急性主动脉综合征。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Aortic Syndrome

Acute aortic syndrome(AAS) is a group of highly lethal disorders,including aortic dissection,intramural aortic hematoma,and atheromatous aortic ulcer.Although the clinical manifestations of these three types of AAS are similar,there are so many differences among their pathophysiology,course of disease,imaging manifestations and treatment.The etiology,pathology,clinical presentation and prognosis of AAS are reviewed.The therapeutic approaches of these three different types of diseases are comprehensively discussed,in order to intensify clinical doctors' understand of AAS and guide the early diagnosis and appropriate management of AAS.
